About Faces of Parkinson’s Disease
This group is to honor people with PD or their caregivers. If you know someone with PD, someone who is a caregiver or someone who has passed away from PD. Please join us and honor them. Or if you know someone involved in the suport of people with PD such as your Dr., Therapist, Support group leader etc. we would like to honor them as well.
I would also like to showcase anyone with PD’s art or pictures. This group is about promoting the talents of people with Parkinsons, and also educating others about this Disease.
"You have to find what's good and true and beautiful in your life as it is now."
"You know what really gives you satisfaction? . . . Offering others what you have to give . . . Devote yourself to loving others, devote yourself to your community around you, and devote yourself to creating something that gives you purpose and meaning."
"Do the kinds of things that come from the heart. When you do, you won't be dissatisfied, you won't be envious, you won't be longing for somebody else's things. On the contrary, you'll be overwhelmed with what comes back."
